Pathway & High Performance Team Coordinator
Location: Wales Golf Headquarters (hybrid office/home working)
Hours: Part Time – 21 hours per week
Salary: £23,500–£25,500 (pro rata – £14,100 – £15,300)
Leave: 25 days annual leave (pro rata) plus bank holidays
Reports to: Director of Pathway & High Performance
Contract: Permanent
As our Team Coordinator, you will provide vital administrative and logistical support across our High Performance and Pathway programmes. You will help organise national and international tournaments, support squad training logistics, manage kit stock, coordinate calendars and documentation, and ensure the department operates
