(9 x month Temporary contract or until the return of the substantive post holder)
37 hours per week (evening and weekend work required)
SCP 12-17
£25,820 to £27,440 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Wales National Pool Swansea for a confident and highly motivated individual to join our dynamic and professional team.
You will be responsible for the coordination of our Learn to Swim and Aquatic Fitness Programme, inspiring a team of teachers & instructors to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
You will have excellent IT and customer care skills with previous experience of teaching/coaching/programming along with a Level 2 SEQ/ASA teaching qualification.
You will be competent at prioritising and managing your workload whilst working under pressure.
Being part of this team, will require you to be professional, committed and hard working – a natural leader with a ‘can do’ attitude, and the ability to inspire others.
