Welsh Sports Association (WSA) partner 2Buy2 hosts an Energy Clinic every Wednesday morning, in which energy expert Geraint Williams heads online to help with fixed-term contracts, energy baskets and more.

There is no need to commit to these sessions, which run from 10am to 11am every Wednesday – you can just turn up when it suits you!
