Performance Programme Coordinator (Maternity Cover) – Triathlon Cymru
Welsh Triathlon are recruiting for a Performance Programme Coordinator to deliver quality organisational and administrative support to the Welsh Triathlon performance & pathway programmes.
Welsh Triathlon works with the other Home Nations of British Triathlon (Triathlon England and Triathlon Scotland), to oversee all aspects of multisport activity within their respective countries. Welsh Triathlon’s performance team operate three programmes; National Triathlon Performance Centre Wales (NTPCW), Welsh Triathlon Academy (WTA) and Next Generation Cymru (NGC).
The objective of this role is to deliver outstanding operational and administrative support to the performance and pathway programmes, and support the continued progression towards world-class performance and development environments, in line with Welsh Triathlon’s strategic objective of ‘developing exceptional people to deliver international success’. The successful candidate will also play an important role in the connection between the performance and development teams, especially with regards to the PACE project, to help enhance daily training environments across Wales. If you have a passion for performance sport, a collaborative & curious approach, and a commitment to learning and personal development, we would love to hear from you. Experience and understanding of triathlon and/or the constituent disciplines is advantageous but not essential – our priority is to find the right person to join our team.
