Table Tennis Wales is looking for a passionate and experienced Head of Participation to lead the expansion and development of table tennis across Wales. This senior position offers a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of the sport, driving its growth at the grassroots, community, and pathway levels.
As the Head of Participation, you’ll work closely with the Head of Performance Pathway to ensure table tennis is an inclusive, accessible, and exciting sport for all ages and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Design and implement strategies to boost participation and engagement nationwide.
- Collaboration: Partner with clubs, coaches, volunteers, and other key stakeholders to support the needs of current and future players.
- Innovation & Growth: Lead the development of initiatives and programs that foster growth and are aligned with the community’s needs at every level.
- Inclusivity & Accessibility: Ensure that table tennis is open to everyone, offering opportunities for people from all backgrounds to engage and progress in the sport.
