British Sub-Aqua Club join WSA as Full Member
The Welsh Sports Association (WSA) is delighted to welcome British Sub-Aqua Club (BSAC) to the membership as a Full Member.
BSAC is the National Governing Body of scuba diving and snorkelling in the UK, having been established in 1953.
The organisation strives to be the go-to community for anyone wanting to learn about, enjoy and protect the underwater world. BSAC support their community with the highest quality diver training, safety recommendations and an extensive network of clubs and centres so people can choose how, when and where they wish to dive and train.
BSAC’s network extends beyond the UK, as well, boasting communities of clubs and centres overseas with the same core values of excellence in training, safety and growing the sport.
They join the WSA as a Full Member, looking to take advantage of our DBS checking service for the sport and leisure sector and our partner offer with Sport:80, as well as collaborating with our membership network and like-minded organisations.
BSAC CEO, Mary Tetley, commented:
