DBS Checks for UK all Organisations through the WSA
The Welsh Sports Association (WSA) has been providing DBS checks for organisations in the UK since 2016, offering a uniquely bilingual (for those in Wales), efficiently digital, and competitively priced service that is now utilised by over 300 bodies.
The WSA is the membership body for the sport and leisure industry in Wales, providing leadership, advocacy and a gateway to business & governance services for the sector, although members are not required to be based in the country – if you’re a UK organisation that runs sporting events, fitness sessions, leisure classes or club matches in Wales, the WSA would be happy to support you!
And, while our members are at the heart of what we do, membership is not a necessity in order to utilise our esteemed DBS checking service – this stems from our commitment to ensuring that sport and leisure is safe for everyone to enjoy.
The service has been run through our trading arm Vibrant Nation and has been tested and approved by the Ministry of Justice and The Home Office, so sports organisations can be sure it is up-to-date and of the highest quality.
