Elite82 joins WSA as Associate Member

The Welsh Sports Association (WSA) is delighted to welcome Elite82 to the membership base as an Associate Member.

A high-performance specialist, Elite82 is a service designed to improve performance parameters and enhance athletic performance.

The organisation offers unique, athlete-centred services, tailored to breakdown the boundaries using science-led programming to achieve targets.

Elite82 offers movement assessments, screening tests, field training, strength and conditioning programmes, nutrition advice, mobility, recovery, women’s health specific training, club support and coaching to improve sleep and mindset.

Both presenting, the WSA met Founder Sian Rees at the University of South Wales Employability Conference earlier this year; upon joining the WSA as an Associate Member, the organisation will now look to utilise partner offers for insurance while also taking advantage of the extensive WSA network to further collaborate within the sector.

Commenting on Elite82’s membership, Sian stated:

“Elite82 is proud to be a member of the Welsh Sport Association and recognises the importance of an active and vibrant nation. This association recognises qualified sports deliverers of every level and advocates for a healthy nation through the correct development pathways.

“At Elite82, we strive for excellence for every individual that walks through our doors and not only support high performance athletes, but people seeking permanent healthier and active lifestyles. We stand behind supporting the individual with our holistic approach and our membership with the WSA further supports our drive to resilience within the health sector of Wales.”
