Sporting Heritage Networking Event – Focus on Funding
Join our first sporting heritage networking event of 2024 from the comfort of your own home or office!
Bringing together organisations from across the four nations, a variety of sports, and at different levels of support needs, this event will focus on fundraising.
During the first part of the meeting, we’ll be joined by a number of funders and funding specialists including The National Lottery Heritage Fund, The Art Fund, The National Archives, and The School of Social Enterprise, to share information about their funding opportunities, provide advice and guidance on accessing funding, and answer your questions.
We’ll then open our breakout rooms to allow delegates to meet and discuss within specific themed areas. Rooms will include:
- Nations focus (There will be a Wales specific breakout room)
- Sport focus – for example Football Heritage and Rugby League Heritage
- National Collections of Sport
- Heritage Champions – sports clubs and governing bodies representatives
Our networking events are free of charge to all delegates, but for organisational purposes we do ask that you only book a space if you are able to attend.
