Learning lessons from the community-led response to COVID-19 in Wales.
Since the start of the pandemic, there have been record numbers of people in Wales giving their time freely to help others. This local support is vital when it comes to building stronger and supportive communities, during and in recovery from the pandemic.
Strategic Research & Insight are working with Public Health Wales and voluntary sector partners to find out more about the actions, motivations and challenges of both formal and informal volunteers.
We would really appreciate your help in reaching people who have actively been involved in supporting others in their community in any way. Public Health Wales are inviting those who are over 18 years, living, working or volunteering in Wales to take part. The survey link below can be accessed on laptop, tablet or smartphone.
We know people’s time is precious so the survey is short and anonymous – it should take no longer than 15 minutes.
For more information, please go straight to the survey, where there is further background about the project. If you have any questions, please email Angus at [email protected] who will be happy to help.
This will help Public Health Wales and partners understand the importance of the community-led support that took place in Wales during the pandemic. This will allow them to better plan how to improve health and wellbeing in communities across Wales in the future.
