The Team Manager 1 has been developed to help Team Managers gain a clear understanding of the responsibilities of their role and explore the skills and resources required to fulfil it effectively.
Team Manager 2 looks at minimising risks and understanding key components of overnight stays and overseas trips.
Team Managers 3 looks at challenges facing experienced Team Managers, approaching issues such as Safeguarding, Finance & Mental Health
