As we prepare to bid farewell to Vicki Sutton, who has led Wales Netball through three remarkable years, we are now searching for a new Chief Executive Officer to continue driving our organisation forward.
The Board and are seeking an individual with the energy, expertise, wisdom and commitment required to lead Wales Netball and Cardiff Dragons into its next exciting phase. Through their background and experience the right candidate will bring further growth, impact on performance, and increased sustainability for our much-loved sport.
Like every organisation, Wales Netball needs an effective CEO that provides strategic leadership, overseeing the delivery of the National Governing Body’s vision and upholding its values. The role of the CEO will be instrumental in ensuring success of the main strategic priorities for Wales Netball and will be key in developing our future strategy.
Everybody at Wales Netball looks forward to working with our CEO, focusing on leadership, values, financial stability, and support; to do so they will be working with our fantastic team of staff and dedicated volunteers that operate across the country, supporting the development of netball in Wales since 1945.
