WSA welcomes Cymru Football Foundation as Full Member

The Welsh Sports Association (WSA) is delighted to announce that the Cymru Football Foundation (CFF) has joined the membership base as a Full Member!

The Cymru Football Foundation is a new charity aimed at developing football facilities through investment, support and guidance. It delivers the Football Association of Wales’ (FAW) commitment to develop ‘Inspirational Fit-for-Future Facilities’ that will improve and grow Welsh football on and off the pitch.

Through a series of facility development programmes they will develop outstanding facilities, helping to transform communities and improve the health and wellbeing of the nation.

As a Full Member, the CFF will take advantage of WSA communications as well as make use of the opportunity to communicate directly with our membership network, spanning the breadth of the sport and leisure sector in Wales.

Head of Corporate Services at the CFF, Laura Hennessy, commented:

“We are delighted to be joining the Welsh Sports Association as a Full Member. The WSA has provided great support to the sector and we are looking forward to working with the excellent team and accessing the many benefits membership will give us.”
