Sporting Heritage Understanding Audiences Survey

Do you have a sporting heritage collection? If so, Sporting Heritage are interested to hear from you.

Sporting Heritage (www.sportingheritage.org.uk) is the Subject Specialist Network for sporting collections in the UK. They work to ensure that there is support for those working with these collections to better understand, collect, share, research, and celebrate the vibrant collections and stories which exist.

Sporting Heritage are being supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund to deliver Diverse Collections/Diverse Audiences. A linked programme of pilot activities for the sporting heritage sector to investigate the current reach of sporting heritage across the UK, and put into place future activities which increase both the access to collections, and the relevance and representation of voices within those collections.

The Understanding Audiences strand of this programme aims to gain a better understanding about the audiences which engage with Sporting Heritage Collections across the UK.
