West Wales Sports Partnership seeks consultant for Branding and Website Development

The West Wales Sports Partnership (WWSP) is seeking an experienced consultant or organisation to come up with our trading name, design our logo, and design and build our website.

WWSP is a publicly funded collaborative organisation dedicated to transforming the physical activity landscape across Carmarthenshire, Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, and Pembrokeshire. By working across sectors, WWSP aims to create a more active and healthier region through insight-driven action, system-wide collaboration, and strategic investment.

We are currently in the process of writing our Welsh language position statement and endeavour for key messages & appropriate public facing comms to be bilingual (i.e. key website pages, logo). A copy of the statement will be made available to interested bidders.

WWSP requirements for advertising and returning of a response are as follows:

  • Date of issue – Thurs 6th March
  • First Response- i.e. statement of intent to pitch and any initial questions – Wed 19th March 5pm
  • First Pitch – w/c 7th April
  • Final Pitch – w/c 28th April

WWSP has a total budget of £10000 (including VAT) to cover both the branding and website requirements. There is flexibility on how the overall budget will be split between the two requirements, however, below is our suggested split of the budget for the two elements:

  • Branding Requirements – £4000 (including VAT)
  • Website Requirements – £6000 (including VAT)

Please return completed responses or queries to WWSP Exec at info@wwsp.wales by the deadlines given.

Submissions will be evaluated by WWSP Exec and Board Members. Best value considerations will be made to evaluate the cost of the works.

Clearly identify whether you are submitting a quote for the Branding Requirements or Website Requirements, both.

Any costs incurred in preparing and submitting your tender remain the responsibility of the bidder. No reimbursements will be made in preparing a tender.

WWSP will endeavour to respond to each submission to notify whether successful or not to pass through the various stages, but will not be able to provide detailed feedback to each individual submission.

All final assets produced for the branding and website requirements by the successful bidder(s) will be owned by WWSP.
