Complete the WSA & CLUK Procurement Survey; let us know YOUR organisational needs!

An agreement between the Welsh Sports Association (WSA) and Community Leisure UK will excitingly see both organisations’ members have access to a Sport and Leisure Procurement Service, powered by WSA partners 2buy2. We urge members to complete our survey in order for them to detail to us their specific organisational needs.

2buy2 is a Cardiff-based procurement specialist providing strategic procurement advice and education that delivers savings and supplier management.

Together, we will be delivering a bespoke procurement portal for WSA and CLUK members. The portal will provide self-service access to a range of approved supplier lists, framework agreements, and quotes & pricing from pre-accredited suppliers – furthermore, to access these via a RFQ (request for quote) process will be free. There will also be access to a series of best practice procurement guides, templates, and procedures – also free of charge!

Many of these services (including energy, utilities, EV charging) are available through 2buy2 now. You can find further details on the procurement service here.

However, we’d be really grateful if you could complete a short survey to let us know what YOUR specific requirements are, and help us prioritise the development of the portal and the services that appear upon launch!

We have a diverse membership base, so appreciate that some questions may be more relevant than others. We also appreciate that members have provided data in certain areas previously – but things are moving so fast at present, the more up to date information we obtain, the most suitable the service.

If you are unable to complete the survey, please forward to a colleague. We appreciate your time and support and look forward to getting this up and running!

You can check out the array of supportive services accessible currently on our Services page.
