Tickets on sale for WSA Sustainability in Sport Conference 2024
Tickets are now on sale for the Welsh Sports Association (WSA) Sustainability in Sport Conference 2024. WSA Members can access the event for free, while non-Members are able to attend for just £99.
Following the success of last year’s Conference, the WSA is delighted to be able to host the second edition of the event this November. This year, the WSA Sustainability in Sport Conference will be hosted at Newport’s Riverfront Theatre, a venue managed by WSA member Newport Live.
The organisation was nominated for the Best Sustainability Initiative at the 2023 WSA Sports Industry Awards, and its CEO Steve Ward spoke at last year’s WSA Sustainability in Sport Conference.
We are thrilled to be able to host the event in the heart of Newport, with transport links and accessibility once again in mind. We are aiming for a minimum of 90% attendees travelling to our event by public transport!
We will be contacting all signed-up delegates with more information on the best way to travel to the event, using a travel assistant. This will enable the WSA to offer content-enhanced wayfinding and curated low-carbon door-to-door travel plans that will nudge all delegates towards net-zero travel.
