Business Development and Fundraising Lead – Sporting Heritage

We’re looking for a Business Development and Fundraising Lead!
Sporting Heritage is a social enterprise working across the UK. We are a small team with big ambitions and we make a huge impact on the sector we support. As part of our current Heritage Fund programme, and thanks to the players of the National Lottery, we’re looking to ensure that we can continue to deliver for the hundreds of organisations we support by shoring up our own income generation activity.
The role:
We are looking to work with an individual or a small team who can revolutionize our income streams. We have robust targets and a clear direction of travel via our newly launched three-year plan. We need support to make our vision a reality by ensuring we have the investment to support our work into the future.
At this stage, the role is for a 6-month trial period, but should targets be successfully met, there may be an opportunity for the role to be extended.

We’re looking for someone who will be a key part of our team, working closely with our other lead roles and ensuring that business development is a central element of the organisations delivery.
