WSA Events Submission Page
As the collective voice for the sector with a vision for an ‘Vibrant, Active Nation’, we strive to enable members to become stronger, more successful and sustainable – something that our Events Submission Page can thoroughly aid in achieving.
This value-added piece of functionality allows members to very simply promote their activity and calendars to a guaranteed wider and different audience via the WSA website.
It’s a simple and effective tool for organisations to utilise in order to encourage and increase coverage, engagement, and potentially create new revenue streams through participation and attendance.
What easier way to let people know what national competitions are going on in your sport or what events your organisation is putting on? What easier way to prompt engagement in your activity and drive audience numbers? And what easier way to potentially facilitate an increase in income?
And it’s incredibly simple to use!
- Log-in to the membership area of the WSA website
- Select ‘My Dashboard’ in the top right of the page
- Select ‘Add Event’, which will take you to the page on which you can submit your events
The WSA team will subsequently review your event and put it up in the Events and Courses section of the website!

WSA Vacancies Page
Much like the Events Submission page, our Vacancies page is a great and easy way of taking full advantage of the support the WSA strive to provide our membership base.
Not specifically listed in the core benefits of the membership offer, you can easily promote the opportunities that your organisation or club are offering – whether that be full-time employment, internships, voluntary work, or anything else – and, like the effects of using the Events Submission page, experience an increase in engagement with your post or listing!
When talking to the WSA about his experience of membership, Snowsport Cymru Wales CEO Robin Kellen cited the use of our Vacancies page:
“…when we’re looking to fill a role, we’ll be able to put it up on the WSA website – we recently advertised a small, one-day-a-week post and had a lot of interest and some excellent candidates that came from that.”
To advertise your opportunities to a wider audience and potentially attract more top-quality candidates, all you have to do is get in contact with the WSA team at firstname.lastname@example.org with any resources you want us to advertise – and we’ll do the rest! These roles will frequently be pushed into public view through our promotion of the Vacancies page via social media, while also being put out on our weekly newsletters.
